Return & Exchange Policy

General Terms:

• Inspection period: 10 minutes only in the courier’s presence.
• No exchanges/returns after the courier leaves.

For COD Customers:

• If order is rejected: Customer bears full shipping fees (courier company’s right).
• To request a different size/color: Inform the courier to cancel the current order and create a new one.

For Prepaid Customers:

• Product must be inspected by our team before approval.
• Refunds processed within 7 - 30 working days after inspection.
