- لا استبدال أو استرجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب.
للعملاء (COD الدفع عند الاستلام):
- في حالة رفض الطلب: العميل يتحمل تكاليف الشحن بالكامل (حق شركة الشحن).
- لطلب مواصفات أخرى (مقاس/لون/إلخ): إبلاغ المندوب لإلغاء الطلب الحالي وإنشاء طلب جديد.
للعملاء (الدفع المسبق):
- يشترط فحص المنتج من قبلنا قبل الموافقة على الاستبدال/الاسترجاع.
- المبلغ يُسترد خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد الفحص.
Return & Exchange Policy
General Terms:
- Inspection period: 10 minutes only in the courier’s presence.
- No exchanges/returns after the courier leaves.
For COD Customers:
- If order is rejected: Customer bears full shipping fees (courier company’s right).
- To request a different size/color: Inform the courier to cancel the current order and create a new one.
For Prepaid Customers:
- Product must be inspected by our team before approval.
- Refunds processed within 7 working days after inspection.

- يُغسل يدويًا فقط بماء فاتر، وليس ساخنًا.
- يُمنع استخدام العصر في الغسالات.
- يُمنع استخدام المبيضات أو أي مواد كيميائية.

- يُكوى على درجة حرارة منخفضة.
- يُفضل وضع حاجز (مثل قطعة قماش قطنية) فوق القماش أثناء الكي.
🔹 التجفيف والتخزين:
- يُفضل التجفيف في الظل، بعيدًا عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.
- يُحفظ في مكان جاف بعيدًا عن الرطوبة والحرارة العالية.
🧺 Washing & Ironing Instructions
🔹 Washing:
- Hand wash only with lukewarm water, not hot.
- Do not use spin drying in washing machines.
- Avoid bleach or any harsh chemicals.
🔹 Ironing:
- Use a low-temperature setting.
- Place a protective layer (such as a cotton cloth) over the fabric while ironing.
🔹 Drying & Storage:
- Preferably air dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
- Store in a dry place, away from moisture and high heat.
